You didn’t state how much water should be in the pan, or whether the heat should be fierce, gentle or just enough to simmer. For beginners (like me!) this info would have been helpful.

Fyi, would be good if you didn’t have the text over the video the entire time. That way we could see what you’re doing.

Doesn’t seem like an expert to me. I start with boiling water, then I add the vegetables. That way I know that after 3.5 minutes my veggies are lightly cooked and not soggy. Who’s the expert now?

is the water all the time at the highest level (boiling) or do you turn the heat a little bit of?

Really? So, you don’t see anything related to steaming vegetables and etc, in the “More From” or “Related” videos sections? Right over >>

Odd because that is all I see.

@goodnamesweretakin depends what kind of plastic. personally I try to minimize plastics contact with food because they say its “food safe” but then you keep hearing about these plastics that they realise were never safe in the first place

hyylo August 26, 2011 at 5:03 pm

goodnamesweretakin August 26, 2011 at 5:20 pm

EXPERT VILLAGE does in fact suck balls! each clip is at or under 2 mins each, you have to spend all FKN night searching for the other clips to complete the video….then most are not even numbered in any kind of order. Good concept, very poor execution.
